Carmen Electra and 11 Models Sue a New Hampshire Strip Club — and It Should Make You Think

A federal lawsuit filed May 15, 2026 names Millennium Cabaret in Bedford, New Hampshire as the defendant in a case involving 12 professional models whose photos were used without permission to advertise the club on social media. The plaintiffs include Carmen Electra, Keeley Hazell, CJ Gibson, and nine other well-known models — none of whom ever worked at or endorsed Millennium Cabaret. You can read the full complaint here: Case 1:26-cv-00375, U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire

According to the complaint, the club pulled images directly from the models’ own social media pages, altered them, and published them for years to make it appear these women worked there. Not one of them consented. Not one of them was paid. The claims include false advertising, defamation, invasion of privacy, and unjust enrichment. They are seeking actual damages, punitive damages, and a permanent injunction.

This Happened in Our Backyard

VIP Entertainment has been booking bachelor parties throughout New England since 1992 — Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut. Millennium Cabaret is not some faraway club. Bedford, New Hampshire is right in our market. And this lawsuit is a window into something that has been going on in this industry for a long time — fake photos, fake advertising, and no accountability.

Think about it this way. If a strip club with a physical location, a liquor license, and a lease is willing to use fake celebrity photos to advertise for years, what do you think a local booking agency with a website that hasn’t been updated since 2015 is doing? If the photos on their site look like they came from a magazine or a Google image search, they probably did. You have no idea who is actually showing up to your party.

Every Photo on Our Site Is a Real VIP Dancer

This is not something we take lightly. Every photo on vipstrippers.com is a real dancer on our current roster. Real names, real faces, real people who may actually show up to your party. We have been photographing our own dancers for three decades. No stock images, no borrowed Instagram photos, no celebrity faces pulled from Google.

When you call us and we tell you who is coming to your bachelor party in Boston, Killington, Foxwoods, Cape Cod, or Portsmouth — that is who comes. We confirm details with you and with our dancer before every show. Everyone knows what to expect. That is how we have operated since 1992 and that is not changing.

What to Look for When Booking a Bachelor Party Anywhere in New England

Before you book entertainment for your bachelor party, ask yourself a few things. Do the photos on the agency’s site look like professional modeling shots or magazine spreads? When was the site last updated? Can you find real reviews from real parties? Does the agency tell you who is coming before the night of the show?

If the answer to any of those is unclear, that is a red flag. The Millennium Cabaret lawsuit is an extreme example of deceptive advertising, but the underlying problem — agencies and clubs misrepresenting who you are actually getting — is more common than most people realize.
